Our complaints officer will contact you to discuss your complaint further and to look for a suitable solution.
Our complaints officer will bring your complaint to the attention of the sports doctor or employee involved. In consultation with you, the relevant employee will contact you or an appointment can be scheduled with the relevant employee.
If you cannot come to an agreement with the employee in question, or if you believe that your complaint has not been handled properly, you can turn to the complaints officer of the Association for Sports Medicine (VSG) for mediation.
The complaints officer will guide the handling of your complaint in an independent and impartial manner, and mediate between you and the employee concerned to resolve your complaint as effectively as possible. The further handling of your complaint will then take place in accordance with the complaints procedure of the VSG.
